Upesciems is a small village on the outskirts of Riga. Currently it is a chaotic bunch of the development from different times. The center of the village is divided by 2 major roads. To divert traffic and recreate safe place for a living was our aim number one. Find a place for a new secondary school and kindergarten, to improve use of existing stadium utilities were important as well. The result - green living - friendly eco village with a high density full of green areas for recreation.
