We tooked away soviet era white brick building, but it was impossible to tear down the basement made of almost one meter thick concrete walls. We decided to keep it and use it as a platform for a small one family house for elderly couple. Clad in wooden frame, efficiently insulated it turned down to meet the standarts for low energy building. Heating and the hot running water is provided just by a small wooden stove located in the basement
