The run-down parking lot on the sandy beach of Saulkrasti soon will be turned into Spa and Conference center with supporting functions - like cafe, swimming pool. Part of the complex is still devoted for people who enjoy their time on the seaside - toilets, shower room and equipment rental point is also located within the building.
