Our concept was to create THE PLACE that catches the vibrant character of Miera street and serves as a green extension of the nearby Great Cemetery. The dancing eave line and seatbacks of Miera street allowed us to preserve the existing trees of the site, but two storeys-high galleries allowed more space for pedestrians, street cafes and small businesses in the currently narrow and unpleasant streetscape.
All apartments have a 45-degree orientation towards the park allowing better views, more intimacy, nice outdoor spaces and better insolation. The first floors have a new typology - urban villas, Top floors are spacious penthouses, while the rest of the building contains quite compact two and three-room apartments.
