Before the square there was a block of buildings. But then came a war. Before the buildings there was a river. But then people decided to fill it up. And then there were two banks. And the oldest settlement. The very, very beginning of Riga. Respect history, recreate those river banks - the old one and the new - that's our goal, that's our mission.
